Choosing the right Home Inspector can be a daunting task. With the profliteration of various advertising media, etc finding a recognized and qualified Home Inspector can only be  categorized as truly a "hair-pulling" frustration.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet any of us until after you hire us.

Different inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. We are Registered and Certified with the various recognized Canadian Associations, we have over 55 years of related experience, we provide on-site 'immediate' computerized reports and we are price competitive.

A properly conducted Home Inspection requires work, a lot of work.   It cannot be rushed and requires, for the average house, a minimum of two and a half (2 1/2) hours of concentrated effort.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual Inspector's own efforts and that of his or her team.
